CLOSED XMAS DAY AND NO WE WILL NOT OPEN JUST FOR YOU !!

OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS WILL OCCUR A $15 TO $50  SURCHARGE AND MUST BE CONFIRMED  PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL 

$15 SURCHARGE 1 HR PRIOR TO OPENING ( either 8.30 am mon to fri or 9.30 am weekend and public holidays)

$15 SURCHARGE  10.30 AM TO 3.30 PM                                                                                                                                                                     5.30 PM TO $ 6.30 PM

$50 SURCHARGE  AFTER 6.30 PM                                                                                                                                                                                BEFORE 1HR PRIOR TO OPENING ( either 7.30am mon to fri or  8.30 am weekends and public holidays

PAYABLE either with your booking invoice or in cash on the day.

We accept bank transfer only. NO EFT

A FEW RULES TO FOLLOW WHEN VISITING OUR PREMISES:

Boarding Kennels:

• All pets are to be on a lead or in a cage at all times on arrival & departure.
• Please adhere strictly to Drop Off and Pick Up times.
• Please allow 15 mins on arrival for your very first stay with us.
• All pets boarding must be paid for in full 7 days prior before checkin

Breeding Kennels only with prior booking visit:

• NO kennel entry without a staff member present.
• NO running in the kennels.
• Wash your hands with soap on entry.
• Puppies under 2 weeks of age and their mothers are strictly not to be handled.
• Small children are welcome to handle the puppies but must be seated on the ground & supervised.
• Please no silly noises, feet stomping or rattling the wire as this can make our Chihuahuas nervous, but you are welcome to say hello and have a pat.
• Only with a pre booked appointment time.
