IN OFF-PEAK TIMES MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY, OR 1 SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED AT $25

OPENING HOURS ARE

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TO 10.30AM AND 3.30 PM TO 5.30PM

WEEKENDS AND ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 9.30AM T0 10.30 AM AND 3.30 PM TO 5.30PM

THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES APPLY AND ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OR PAYMENT

$15 charge 1 hr prior to opening 8.30am or 9.30am (either mon to fri or weekends / public holidays)

$15 charge between 10.30 am and 3.30pm

5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

$50 charge after 6.30 pm

$50 charge before 7.30am or 8.30am ( either weekends/public holidays or mon to fri depending on our opening times)

We will apply these charges to your booking if you do not !!

PAYMENT REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN OR YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO SOMEONE ELSE

REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH 7 DAYS NOTICE (SORRY)

PHOTOS ARE NOT SENT UNLESS A $5 CHARGE HAS BEEN PAID WITH YOUR BOOKING
